All brownies and cookies are handmade in small batches. As a result, there may be slight variations in appearance and weight. Allergen information is clearly listed on product pages — please check before ordering.

2. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed online through our Shopify store.
• Payment is taken at the time of order via secure payment gateways.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Shipping

• We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Delivery is typically 1–3 working days, but not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or incorrect delivery information.

4. Returns and Refunds

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
