All bakes are made with gluten-free ingredients but are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten. Not suitable for people with a gluten allergy. Other ingredients (such as chocolate) are prepared to a vegan recipe but manufactured in a factory that handles dairy.

Please note everything we produce is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. We cannot guarantee that they do not contain traces of these allergens. Although we do not use or handle dairy, lactose, eggs, honey in our kitchen, we are unable to account for third party cross contamination.

Please Read Before Ordering!

We currently have 2 postal dispatch days: Tuesday and Thursday (unless stated otherwise).

• If you order between Wednesday – Sunday, your bakes will be freshly baked and dispatched on Tuesday.
• If you order on Monday or Tuesday, your bakes will be dispatched on Thursday.
• The cut-off time is midnight.

Want your bakes for the weekend? Please order on a Monday or Tuesday for Thursday dispatch.

IMPORTANT: Please provide the correct email and contact number when ordering, as this is how Royal Mail will send your delivery/tracking confirmation.

Note: Bontalicious postal boxes are too big to fit in your letterbox. Please consider this when ordering.

• If you won’t be home, leave a note for the postman
• Or use the tracking email/text from Royal Mail to choose a ‘safe place’, a ‘neighbour’, or to rearrange delivery.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24. While 90% of orders are delivered the day after dispatch, it is not guaranteed as next day delivery.

Royal Mail states delivery takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. Please allow up to 3 days for your bakes to arrive.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
